Today, Women, like Hermione Lee are presidents of colleges and women are graduating together with men and actively contributing to society; burning a torch for future generations.
I often wonder what would have happened if women a hundred years ago had just accepted what people had said at the time, that women should not be allowed to participate in educational activities. I´m proud to be standing on the shoulders of giants, that made this possible and stood up for their right to equal education.
